I LOVE your question, because as a fellow halal eater and frequent Disney cruiser, I get to excitedly tell you that YES, there will be halal meals on board your
Disney Adventure cruise!!
One of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line, and, truthfully, one of the parts that got my family hooked on Disney cruises years ago, was the fact that we could order halal meals. We couldn’t believe it when we sat down to our first dinner on board the Disney Magic, and were told that we could actually order halal protein options right off the regular dinner menu! Not only that, but our entire
Dining Team was well-versed in halal practices and assured us that all of our meals were being prepared accordingly. Well, Caliph, cue the endless chicken tenders and steaks, because we were so excited to order them all on board our cruise!
Halal meals are available on board all of the Disney Cruise Line ships,
including the Disney Adventure, and I’d be happy to explain the process to make this request for your upcoming sailing.
To put in a request for halal meals on board your cruise, you should make this request on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or the Disney Cruise Line website. Open up your reservation and click on the “Special Requests” tab, where you will see a “Dietary Preferences” section. Here, you can indicate that you would like halal meals on board for you and all of the guests in your stateroom. Please note that this request should be made at least 35 days before your sail date.
After making the request online, I also like to verify that Disney Cruise Line has all of my information by
calling them, and I suggest you do the same. This also ensures that any questions and/or further requests I have are answered.
As for the types of halal meals on board, please note that it’s always subject to availability. But in my experience, my family has been able to order many of the same dining options available in the Main Dining restaurants and in the buffet on board, but made with halal protein options. It’s truly been a dream to be able to savor tons of delicious Disney Cruise Line dishes, just like every other guest! For your cruise aboard the Disney Adventure, there are SO many amazing and unique
dining options available, so it's going to be an incredible experience being able to try as many as you can!
