Hi Neam,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I see you’ll be arriving at Walt Disney World Resort TOMORROW, and I am just so excited for you!
I’m happy to report the Disney is able to accommodate
requests for Halal meals at select locations. The Special Dietary Requests team works hard to make sure Guests are able to eat safely (and deliciously) while in The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I recommend taking a look at the
Special Dietary Requests website, which has a section on Halal meals.
Since you’re arriving tomorrow, I recommend calling (407) WDW-DINE to speak with a Cast Member about your Halal meal request. If you’ll be visiting any Table-Service restaurants, the Cast Member you speak with can add a request for Halal meals to your reservation; they do require 24 hour notice, so please call soon. They should also be able to direct you to Quick-Service dining locations in the theme parks and resorts that offer Halal options; please note that sometimes your options are vegetarian or seafood as opposed to Halal meat, and you should ask to ensure alcohol wasn’t used in the preparation of the meal.
Neam, I hope you find some delicious options, and that you have a truly wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Now, more than ever, it’s a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World Resort, with so many new experiences around the theme parks, resorts, and Disney Springs. One of my very favorite summer shows is
Guardians of the Galaxy - Awesome Mix Live!, which shows in the American Pavilion at Epcot. It’s so much fun,
featuring the songs from the movies performed live by Star-Lord and his friends – it had my family singing and dancing! Have so much fun!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
