Hiya Jackie!
Thanks for your question, it's nice to meet you! As a mom to a kiddo with sensitive skin, I totally understand wanting to make sure everyone in your family will be comfortable on your cruise.
I was able to call and speak to a Cast Member this morning who confirmed for me that the bath products used on Disney Cruise Line are rebranded versions of the H20+ products that have been used across the parks and resorts for years now. She did not have an ingredient list for those items, but I do happen to have one bottle of body wash left from when I used to be able to buy it at the resorts. Reading that label, I don't see any parabens on the ingredient list. My son who has sensitive skin uses the stateroom shampoo and conditioner on our trips without issue, too. But just to be safe, if you're concerned about having the right products for your family (especially after days at the pool or on the beach when you might be using them more often) I would bring some of your preferred products from home.
I'm not sure how old your stepdaughter is, but if she's a kid or a teen then she is in for a lot of fun on a Disney Cruise! There are so many
fun activities just for kids on the ships each day, as well as some very cool spaces for
tweens and teens to hang out and make new friends. Plus, while kids play the
adults can relax in some of the spaces exclusively for them like the pool, spa, gym, and restaurants!
Are you already counting down the days until your cruise? Because there's an app for that! The
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App has the cutest countdown clock to show you how many days, hours, and minutes are left until embarkation day. It's darling! Once you board the ship the app turns into the ultimate guide to all the activities happening each day. You'll want to keep it handy so you don't miss anything!
Have a wonderful cruise, Jackie!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
