Hi Guys,We are staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter and have reservations at Ohana for breakfast at 10.30am. What is the best way to get to the Polynesian from here? Thank You.

    Hi Emma!

You are going to just love Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter!  It is my favorite Moderate Resort!  I love helping people out with their Walt Disney World transportation questions! Getting to the Polynesian Resort for your 'Ohana breakfast from Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter using Disney transportation will take at least an hour to an hour an a half to complete. There are many options and I will give you three of the best. First, you can take a Water Taxi from the French Quarter to Downtown Disney and then a bus to the Polynesian Resort. The second way is to take a Disney bus from the French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom. When you get to the Magic Kingdom you can take the Resort Monorail (fastest) or a boat to the Polynesian Resort.  The third way is the most direct and takes the least amount of time, but it does cost money.  You can take a taxi directly from French Quarter to the Polynesian Resort which typically cost under $20.00 including tip for a one way fare.  So if you are really pressed for time then the taxi would be the way to go.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
