Hi guys!! I was told that kids with special needs get fastpass at Disney, is that true? Like, my son has ADD and severe Hearing Loss and uses hearing aid. Is it true that he can get a fast pass? Thank you for your attention! ! Love

    Hello, Franliz!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! FastPass+ is a complimentary service included with a valid theme park admission. This service allows all Guests the ability to reserve up to three experiences per day in one theme park via a My Disney Experience account. FastPass+ reduces your wait time in a queue and allows you freedom to reserve the experiences you want at the times that are convenient for you.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is service designed for Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue due their disability. DAS provides a virtual waiting queue where Guests are welcome to wait in a quiet area, experience another attraction or grab a snack. If you feel that your son could benefit from this service, then you can request DAS at any theme park Guest Relations Lobby.

I hope this answers your questions, Franliz. Please visit us again should other questions arise as you continue to plan your visit.

    Have a magical day!
