You guys rock! You've really helped me! I have an AP and tickets for MNSSHP. Can I go in (with my AP) about 1:00 IN COSTUME, or would I need to change into it when MSDDHP starts?

    Hey, Karen!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a spooktacular affair with trick or treat trails, dance parties and special Disney characters. You will have a ghoulishly delightful time.

Typically, the earliest Cast Members will allow Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party costumed Guests in Magic Kingdom Park is 4:00 p.m. There are special costume guidelines for standard theme park dress and for costumes for special events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

I would suggest going to Magic Kingdom Park in comfortable clothes with your costume packed in a bag. When you get to the theme park please ask if you can change into your costume immediately. If they say that you will need to wait then store your costume in a locker until the right time. Some costumes may fall within the guidelines of acceptable clothing during a standard day.

Locker rentals are very affordable and can serve as a place to store treats and souvenirs from Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Disney Dad Tip: As a Passholder, I am sure you have your favorite spot for watching parades. Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade is my favorite. The best place to view the parade is along the wooden walkway in Frontierland or just in front of the Hall of Presidents attraction.

Karen, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
