Hi guys, Planning on bringing our 14 year old granddaughter next June and was wondering how soon can we make resort and dining reservations. Planning on staying at POFQ. Thanks for any info.

    Hi Don,

How wonderful that you are planning an upcoming Disney vacation with your granddaughter. My daughter is also currently 14 years old, and she definitely enjoys any special one-on-one time with her grandparents. I am sure this will be a trip filled with special memories which you will look back upon fondly for yEARs to come!

If you intend to travel June of next year, you are definitely able to start booking your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation or Magic Your Way Vacation Package anytime as price information for 2018 has already been released.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is such a picturesque Resort, and will be a wonderful place to stay during your trip. If your granddaughter is a true Princess at heart, she may also enjoy a stay in one of the Royal Guest Rooms at the sister property, Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. These rooms are truly spectacular, with tasteful royal detailing added to literally almost every nook and cranny. While the cost of these rooms can be slightly higher than a standard room, to my mind, the upgraded ambience is well worth the splurge.

As far as dining goes, you still have some time to finalize plans. Walt Disney World Dining reservations can be made starting 180 days prior to your Resort check-in. Wishing you a wonderful upcoming Disney vacation!
