Hi guys, I plan on taking my boyfriend to Disneyland for his birthday. It'll be his first visit and our first vacation together! I thought about dinner reservations, but I don't want it to be too expensive either. Is there any place that you'd recommend?

Chelsea, Sounds like you are planning the perfect birthday getaway for your boyfriend.  Disneyland is such great place to celebrate any occasion, especially the birthday of a loved one! Two options came to mind immediately when considering "price" and :atmosphere."  Here's what I came up with:

Blue Bayou Restaurant:  Dine waterside INSIDE of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.  Dine on delicious culinary creations as the boats from the ride pass by in the distance!  This magical locale gives the magical appearance of being outside at nighttime, on the Bayou!  Imagine romantic paper lanterns dangling overhead, crickets serenading,  and fireflies twinkling in the darkness!  You can view the Blue Bayou Menu by searching online online to check out the pricing and be sure to let them know when making your reservation, that it is your boyfriend's birthday!

Carthay Circle Restaurant and Lounge:  Step back in time to an era of classic elegance when you enter Carthay Circle Restaurant and lounge.  This all new dining experience takes place in the early 1920s when Walt Disney was premiering Snow White and the original Carthay theatre in LA!  Sip on fancy drinks and nosh on delicious delicacies just like the movie stars of yesteryear did! If you each purchase an entree and appetizer or dessert, you will receive special tickets for preferred World of Color Viewing as well!

And for fun, be sure to stop by Trader Sam's Enchanted TIki Bar over at the Disneyland Hotel for an experience unlike any other!  I don't want to spoil the surprise, but you'll be so glad you did!  This is an "off the beaten path" experience that many people miss!
