Walt Disney World Resort offers specially discounted tickets for members of the U.S. military. 4-day or 5-day
Disney Military Salute Tickets are available at many base ticket offices, and are also available for same-day purchase at Walt Disney World ticket windows. Active and retired service members, as well as 100% disabled veterans, are eligible to purchase Disney Military Salute Tickets with valid military ID. Veterans who are not military retirees do not qualify for this offer. Walt Disney World Resort also offers
special rates for active and retired military members for stays at select
Disney Resorts Collection hotels.
In addition to Disney Military Salute tickets, many base ticket offices offer "Magic Your Way" Walt Disney World tickets ranging in length from 1 to 10 days at a slight discount. Veterans with a Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC) are eligible to purchase these tickets. Magic Your Way tickets are not available at Walt Disney World ticket windows.
There is also a ticket office located at
Shades of Green, a resort hotel at Walt Disney World for qualifying members of the US military. The Shades of Green ticket office sells both Disney Military Salute tickets and Magic Your Way tickets. Valid military ID is required. One advantage to purchasing tickets at Shades of Green is that no sales tax is added.
It is important to know that at this time theme park attendance is being managed with the
Disney Park Pass reservation system. All Guests age 3 and over will need a reservation as well as valid admission for theme park entry.
