You guys are so helpful! What time do we need to be at the bus stop if we have an 8:10 res for Chef Mickey's? On another day we have an 8:25 res at Crystal Palace, what time should we be at the bus for that? We are staying at POFQ. Only 165 days to go!

    Hi Amber,

Thanks for the compliment! I can see that you are very excited about your upcoming trip and you have every reason to be - you're going to Walt Disney World!

When using Disney's complimentary transportation I always recommend being at the bus stop at your resort an hour prior to your dining reservation.

For both breakfast reservations you will need to catch a bus from your resort to the Magic Kingdom and then in the case of Chef Mickeys, from there you will need to either take the monorail or a short stroll across to Disney's Contemporary Resort.

The actual amount of time spent travelling between Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter and the Magic Kingdom will be about 20 minutes and you will also need to allow for time spent waiting for the next bus to arrive.

It will take approximately 8-10 minutes to either walk or take the monorail from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort.

I hope that this information has been of help and wish you a magical holiday!
