Ahoy Alma –
Hearty greetings to you from the Disney Parks Moms Panel and CONGRATULATIONS on your first Disney Cruise! I understand that planning your time onboard can be overwhelming and rest assured we are so happy to help you. A 3-day cruise on the Disney Dream is a great way to get your feet wet and experience a cruise without any pressure to do a whole lot. There are so many options and adventures available, and every family can customize their experience with the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. After check-in at the cruise terminal, you will receive a Personal Navigator, which is also accessible from your mobile device, that gives a fabulous list of activities like character greetings, events in the Youth Clubs, family adventures, game shows, first run movies and Broadway style shows.
Rotational Dining is assigned and everyone will have the opportunity to savor the cuisine in all of the restaurants (so there is no need to stress about where to eat). The
Dress Code for dinner will be cruise casual every night with an
Optional Dress Up Night and of course Pirate Night. Depending on when you travel, you will want to bring clothing appropriate to the season (for the Bahamas consider skirts, dresses, shorts, capris and swimwear). Disney has some great
Guidelines for Packing online. I hope I was able to help you Alma, but please come back if you need further assistance!
