Hi there! You guys are doing a great job! My partner and I have bought a professional camera solely for Disney! We have booked the Wild Afrika Trek and wondering if we should bring it along even though we are having pictures taken aswell. R we allowed to?

    Hi Louise,

It sounds like you are going to get some great photos from this vacation! Animal Kingdom seems to bring out the National Geographic photographer in everyone. You are allowed to bring your camera with you on Disney's Wild Africa Trek as long as it has a wrist strap that can be attached to your harness. If it doesn't work, you can put it in the locker that you will be assigned to store the rest of your personal belongings.

There are professional photographers during the tour, and I believe you will receive a photo CD as a remembrance.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
