1st, you guys are awesome, I'm addicted!! Husband and I are going to DW during MNSSHP(9/25)and I'm trying to decide if we should go (no kids), I read that wait times for the rides are shorter, is this usually the case and are all the rides open during it?

    Hi Andrea!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and thank you for the compliment on the panel.  All of us enjoy helping guests plan their magical Disney vacation.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is my favorite hard ticketed event in the Magic Kingdom.  I have gone their with my family, with a group of friends, and even solo.  I definitely recommend going!  The party has a great parade and a special fireworks show.  In fact, I think it is the best fireworks show at Walt Disney World.

The lines for the attractions are typically shorter, especially in September when you will be going.  However, if you go, also spend some time doing the special party events.  The party starts at 7 pm and runs until midnight.  I suggest eating before 7 pm so that you are ready to go once the party starts!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
