How can I get Guidemaps for the parks?

    Hey there, Karan!

Let’s get you ready to hear these wonderful words: “Welcome Home!” It’s INCREDIBLE that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation! There’s truly no better time than for the holidays, and YULE be there right in the middle of all the festive fun at the Most Magical Place on Earth! I’m going to be down there at the same time, and I cannot wait!

Theme park maps are helpful in getting a lay of the land so you don’t feel like you’re having to be like Dash from The Incredibles to get to where you need to be! They can also be useful in mapping out a game plan on what are your “must do” attractions as a family. There’s nothing better than letting children make decisions about the planning of your park days. I’ve found that to be invaluable as my kids grew up with Disney. They are now in high school and college, and they say how meaningful it was (and still is) to them that they had a say so in our day’s adventures.

No, it’s not the Underminer at work...Disney doesn’t mass produce and send out maps anymore. Instead, it’s all at your fingertips on your smartphone using the My Disney Experience app. If you like to kick it old school like me, you can also download the theme park maps as PDFs for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. These guide maps can be printed from the comfort of your home AND you can print one for each member of your family. Now that’s what I call being flexible! The final way to get guide maps is to grab them at the main entrance to all the theme parks.

Karan, DASH back to planDisney anytime. We would be happy to work with you to plan one SUPER vacation!
