It sounds like the countdown is on till your time at
Disney Castaway Cay. I have to say, I'll be there in November too, and I'm getting SO excited. It's one of my favorite places to visit. I looked to see if I could book the Guided Watercraft Ski Adventure for my day at Castaway Cay, and it's not showing as an available option. If you don't see it available to book either, it's probably not an offering for that day.
My best advice for you is to make an alternate plan, and then continue to check periodically to see if that Port Adventure pops up between now and your sailing date. You could also inquire once onboard with Guest Services or at the Port Adventures Desk. Just please note that cancellations for Port Adventures can be made up to three days before your cruise departure date, unless noted otherwise for the specific activity, so make sure you make your final decisions before you set sail. I'm hopeful you find something that you and your crew will love to do and that you make magical memories in this Bahamian paradise.
Some of my favorite Port Adventures at Castaway Cay have been
Parasailing,
Snorkeling, Bike Riding, and
Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure. In addition to these activities, I always look forward to time on the beach and in a hammock.
When I'm looking for a sweet treat to enjoy on the island, I love to grab a cookie from the buffet, a cup near the drink station, and then make my own soft-serve-in-a-cup concoction with cookie crumble pieces on top. It's decadent and easily shareable. Just make sure to grab a spoon!
