I have 11 guests visiting WDW on 26th April and have 11 14-day park tickets. I have assigned 10 of the tickets, however I have both an adult ticket and a child ticket assigned to me and I am unable to reassign to the child. On hold for 2 hrs! Help please!

    Hello Perry,

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by!  It's always nice for me as the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, when I have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest who also crosses the pond to visit Mickey, Minnie, and all their magical pals at Walt Disney World Resort.

Perry, I can completely understand your frustrations at being on hold for such a long time, especially since your jolly holiday to the most magical place on earth is right around the river bend on April 26th.

As I am unable to gain access to your My Disney Experience account, it's actually really tricky for me to be able to fully appreciate the ticket reassignment issues you've been faced with.

Therefore, speaking to tech-savvy Cast Members by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support (contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory) really is the bibbidi-bobbidi-best way of resolving any technical difficulties in reassigning any Magic Tickets already linked within your My Disney Experience account.

Perry, I understand this may not be the news you were hoping to hear.  However, I do have a couple of other ways in which you may wish to try connecting with Cast Members -

     - Connect with Cast Members via this online email form
     - Connect with Cast Members by opening the Chat With Us feature found on the home screen of the My Disney Experience Mobile App on your smart device.

Additionally, I also thought you may find this link to all the most Frequently Asked Questions to be a really useful planning resource for your family of 11 Mouseketeers!

Hopefully, with just a little extra faith, trust, and pixie dust you should soon all be set to enjoy your upcoming April holibobs!

And lastly, it might be worth knowing that upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort, it's always possible to stop by any Guest Relations location where Cast Members are always on hand to offer any guidance or assistance as required.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
