    Can guests staying at another resort take the water taxi from Port Orleans to Downtown Disney? Our plan is to take the bus from MK to Port Orleans Riverside, then the water taxi to DTD for dinner. We'd take the bus back to All-Star Movies after dinner.

    Hi Jenny!

         Yes, you have a good plan to take a bus from the Magic Kingdom to Port Orleans Riverside Resort (about a 20-30 minute trip) and then a water taxi from Port Orleans Riverside Resort to Downtown Disney (about a 15 to 20 minute trip).  Just make sure that you add some extra time for travel in order to make your dinning reservation because sometimes it takes a little longer that you have planned to get there.  After your dinner in Downtown Disney and maybe a little shopping, you can get on a Disney bus that is heading to All Star Movies Resort.

         Another option for you if you are running short on time is to walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort or take the Resort Monorail to the Contemporary Resort and then take a bus to Downtown Disney from the Contemporary Resort
