For guests staying @ Pop Century 70s section, where is the closest pool since this section doesn't have one and how do you get to the bus stop, Classic Hall, splash pads/kiddie pool from the 70s; do you walk across outside? Thanks!

Hello Diane! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Disney's Pop Century Resort has always been one of my favorite places to stay in all of Walt Disney World Resort be it Value, Moderate or Deluxe Accommodations.

While the 70s Sections of Disney's Pop Century Resort does not have a pool directly in its section, it is directly in between the Computer Pool in the 90s Section and the main Hippy Dippy Pool in the 60s Section.  While staying in the southern rooms of the 70s Buildings puts you closer to the 90s Computer Pool, the Hippy Dippy Pool is larger, more kid-friendly and closer to dining, shopping, and transportation at the Classic Hall.

I recommend that you request a room at the North end of the 70s building when you Check-In Online using the Online Resort Check-In Service up to 60 days in advance of your vacation to ensure that you are closer to the central features of Disney's Pop Century Resort.

All of the rooms at Disney's Pop Century Resort open to the outdoors and navigating your way to Classic Hall, Disney Transportation, and the Hippy Dippy Pool are done by walking outside. Disney Transportation arrives and departs from the bus depot outside of Classic Hall.

    Have a Groovy Vacation!
