Hey, Clint! Thanks so much for your question.
In my family, I can tell you for sure, almost no one has the same ticket medium. I always have an annual pass, because I like to travel with my friends as well as my family. My husband and daughters often take advantage of the discounted military tickets. My son-in-law, who spends the least amount of time with us at Walt Disney World, usually just gets a park hopper for two or three days.
So, in answer to your question, it doesn't matter what kind of
Walt Disney World theme park ticket the guests staying in your room want - they can get any one at all. Disney understands that families travel together, and not everyone wants to be at the same parks or visit as many parks as someone else. Everyone travels a little differently, and I think it makes sense that not everyone in your party would want the same kind of ticket. Fortunately, they don't have to all have the same.
Whatever you all end up doing for tickets, don't forget to link them in your
My Disney Experience account. That will enable you to make
FastPass+ selections for everyone in your party.
Wishing you the most magical vacation!
Anna
