It sounds like you've hit a glitch with your
My Disney Experience account. (Perhaps
Ralph and Vanellope have been wreaking havoc inside the internet again!) Here are a few suggestions to see if we can get the glitch to fix itself.
First of all, try logging out of your My Disney Experience account (both on your computer and on the
My Disney Experience mobile app) and then logging in again. Sometimes this action will help "reset" your account and show you what's really there. (I've had this issue before with
FastPass+ experiences not showing up on the app, but logging out and back in again has fixed the problem.)
If that still doesn't work for you, you may want to try clearing your cookies on your computer (a quick Google search will walk you through those steps) or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone.
If you’re still experiencing an issue after taking these steps, call the "My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+" help number listed on the
Walt Disney World Resort phone directory and let a member of the technical support team walk you through some other options. You'll find both a local Orlando-based phone number as well as international numbers here as well.
