Hello do all guests have to eat when booking character meals? There are a couple we love the look of but after looking at the menus we know 1or2 of the guests wouldn't enjoy the food choices (very picky eaters!) but the other 2-3 guests would! Thanks

Hello Lauren and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Our family has always enjoyed Character Dining at the Walt Disney World Resort. For us, a trip doesn't feel complete without meeting up with Pooh and his Friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood at The Crystal Palace, or Mickey and the Gang at Chef Mickey's. In our experience, there tends to be something for everyone available on the buffet or menu. All guests attending the Character Dining experience will need to pay the full price. If your companions would prefer a different dining experience, I recommend that they book reservations at the dining location of their choice and then plan on reuniting after your meal.

If you have more planning questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne

Meet the Panelist: Anne, Iowa

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
