The Disneyland Resort is committed to making sure all Guests are able to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!” That includes Guests with mobility or cognitive disabilities. Once you’ve arrived inside the theme park, stop by
Guest Relations to chat with a Cast Member. The Disneyland Park location is at City Hall while the Disney California Adventure Park location is at the Chamber of Commerce. You may be asked to explain your needs so the Cast Member can assess what accommodations can be made. One solution is the
Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides guests with a return time for attractions so they don’t have to wait in the standard line. If a Cast Member signs you up DAS, you’ll be able to schedule return times at the various Guest Relations locations throughout the theme park. And, please stay tuned! Coming this Fall, you’ll have the opportunity to pre-register for DAS as well as the ability to select return times through the
Disneyland Mobile App.
