Hiya, Chu, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Mickey Mouse loves making the Disney Parks and
Disney Cruise Line a welcoming experience for all Guests, whether they’re young or young at heart! So, your 80-year-old Guest may enjoy any Disney Parks or Disney Cruise Line vacation by herself if she chooses to.
Here at the
Disneyland Resort, we look forward to welcoming her with open arms! Should she have any special needs or disabilities, I’d recommend she stop by a
Guest Relations location within either theme park. In Disneyland Park, she can stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A., or in Disney California Adventure Park, she can stop by Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street. There, she can speak with a Cast Member about her particular needs.
If this is her first time in the Disneyland Resort, I recommend taking a tour, such as the
“Walk in Walt’s Disneyland Footsteps” Guided Tour. She’ll embark on a magical journey into the development of Disneyland Park, and even get to experience the attractions that were most significant to Walt’s past.
Here at the Disneyland Resort, we’re looking forward to an exciting summer! First, we’ll be celebrating the highly-anticipated opening of
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on May 31, 2019! It promises to be an amazing, immersive experience to a galaxy far, far away! Also, over at Disney California Adventure Park, we can’t wait for
Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind to open on Pixar Pier – it will be full of family-friendly whimsical fun! And, starting June 7, 2019,
“Tale of the Lion King,” will roar onto Palisades Stage for a limited time. This highly-theatrical outdoor musical performance is an exciting, new experience for Disney California Adventure Park, and we can’t wait to check it out!
Please stop by with any additional questions you may have. We’re all EARs!
See ya’ real soon!
