Do we have to be a guest at an on site Disney resort to buy a dining plan? We are staying off site.

    Hi Jeannie,

Thanks for writing.  Currently, Disney Dining Plans are only available for guests and Disney Vacation Club members staying onsite at Disney resorts.

    Have a wonderful trip!
