Will guest services transfer luggage for a split stay at Disneyland Villas and Grand Californian?

Hey there, Suzette. A warm welcome from all of us at planDisney to you. Thanks for swinging by to ask us this question.

Oh boy! I'm so excited about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort and to hear that you will be staying at both the Villas at Disneyland Hotel and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I recently did this same split stay and used the luggage service at the Bell Desk for a swift and easy transfer. On the day of your check-out, head down to the Bell Desk (located outside of the main hotel lobby) to drop off your luggage and let them know that you would like your bags transferred to your next Disneyland Resort hotel. Keep in mind that the bags won't be transferred until later in the afternoon. Check with the Cast Member at the Bell Desk for the exact time.

I just returned from a stay at the Villas at Disneyland Hotel and can't wait to return. Be sure to check out the amazing mural in the lobby. Fun fact, there are several hidden Mickeys incorporated in the artwork and if you look close enough, you may find a few. I love staying in the magic at a Disneyland Resort hotel. I especially love getting a head start on my park days with the Early Entry benefit. Make sure to check the theme park calendar to ensure your theme park reservations align with the designated park that is offering Early Entry for the day.

Suzette, I hope this helps put your mind at ease for your upcoming visit. It won't be long until you will be walking down Main Street, U.S.A. with Sleeping Beauty Castle in the distance. Let the countdown begin!
