Hello and welcome to planDisney, Linda!
Thank you for stopping by with your very first question! It is a pleasure to assist you as you plan your upcoming Disney adventure!
The Most Magical Place on Earth is one of the most accommodating vacation destinations, offering Guests with disabilities a welcoming and inclusive environment. Visitors who cannot wait in a regular queue environment due to a disability are welcome to register for
Disability Access Service (DAS) at the Walt Disney World Resort and request a return time for a specific experience that is comparable to the current standby wait.
Guests can
register for DAS before their arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort via live chat video or in person at Guest Relations locations at all four theme parks. Although Guests registering in person for DAS usually do so at the Guest Relations locations inside the theme parks, I recommend stopping by Guest Relations right at the entrance of all four theme parks to check if they can also register eligible Guests.
I hope this information is helpful, Linda! Come back to visit us real soon if you have additional questions, and be sure to check our
Panel Extras for more tips and advice!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
