What is the guest services number to rent an electric scooter for our day at Disneyland. I recently injured my knee and need to reserve one for 4-4-2025.

    Hey Karen!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so sorry to hear about your recent injury. The Disneyland Resort strives to make the magic accessible to all Guests, so I'm tossing a little pixie dust in the air that it won't put a damper on your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Let's chat through some amenities and services that may help to make your day a smooth magic carpet ride.

ECVs (Electric Conveyance Vehicles) and wheelchairs are available for rent from the Stroller Shop conveniently located just to the right of the entrance to Disneyland Park before you scan in through the gates. It is recommended that Guests looking to rent an ECV arrive early as they are first come, first served, and advanced reservations are not available. I know that wasn't the news you were hoping to hear, but I do hope it's helpful in your planning! While there isn't a direct line to the Stroller Shop to share, if you'd like to talk to a Cast Member directly, I'd recommend giving the main Guest Services line a call, or live chat on the website is a great option as well.

If you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you may want to reach out to a company like ScooterBug, a private, local mobility rental company. You would likely be able to make advanced reservations, and they offer rentals for length-of-stay rather than just day-to-day.

Ahead of your visit, you may want to take a look through the Disneyland website guide for Guests visiting with mobility restrictions. It provides some helpful information on how to maneuver your way through the parks. Additionally, in the Disneyland app, you can easily pull up accessibility information for each attraction to know how Guests are required to board each ride vehicle. To find this information, simply tap the magnifying glass icon in the bottom navigation bar and type in the name of the attraction. Scroll down until you see "Accessibility & Other Information" and select the drop-down menu. Of course, Cast Members at the entrance are happy to help you as well if you have any questions.

Karen, I sure hope we've set you up for a successful day at Disneyland! If you have any more questions, we'd be happy to help here at planDisney

In faith, trust, and pixie dust,
