Hi there, Sandra! Welcome to planDisney!
It sounds like you're ready for the rootinest, tootinest trip of all time! A stay at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort sounds like a fun time to me! I'm sure you're ready to put some finishing touches on the planning process, so let's see what we can do!
You'll find an overview of
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort on the Walt Disney World Resort Website. Though there is not a specific section listing all rules at this resort, you will find many of the rules and expectations laid out in the categories on this page. For example, under "Fully Equipped Campsites," you'll find information about RV lengths and Guest requirements. You'll also find sections for the "Pet-Friendly Policy" and "Decorating Your Campsite."
Sandra, I always enjoy sharing magical news. After speaking with a Cast Member over the phone, I was able to confirm that your sister and her husband will be able to visit your Campsite for dinner. Upon arrival, they will stop at the Guard Shack and let them know they'll be having dinner with you at your Campsite. The guard may ask for the name of the Guest on the reservation, but other than that, the process is as easy as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
I hope this helps answer your question today, Sandra! While at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, take a stroll over to
Tri-Circle-D Ranch! While many people don't envision horses and barns when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, this place is a sight to behold. This beautifully built barn houses many 4-legged residents. Some may even say hello! There is even an ornate carriage nestled into the front of the barn adding that Disney Magic we all know and love! I hope you enjoy it!
You've got a friend in me,
Ashley
