Do all the guest rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of Port Orleans Riverside offer the Murphy bed & small refrigerators? We chose Port Orleans over a value resort for this reason but I am receiving conflicting information. (We booked a Riverview)

    Hi, Susan!

You are going to love Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. My family of five has stayed there several times, and we really enjoy the beautiful grounds and Ol' Man Island pool. And you'll find lots of good old-fashioned family fun at this Resort hotel, like roasting marshmallows by the campfire; it's a favorite activity for my family!

You will be happy to know that all of the rooms have a small refrigerator. In addition, all of the rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside have the extra pull-down bed. If your party has five people aged three and older, you will automatically be assigned an Alligator Bayou room.

The only way to guarantee an Alligator Bayou room if you do not have a party of five is to reserve a Preferred Room. Most, but not all, River View Rooms are in the Alligator Bayou section. Those rooms would have the extra pull-down bed. However, there are some River View Rooms in the Magnolia Bend mansion buildings, and those rooms would not have the pull-down bed.

I hope this helps with your planning. Please stop back and let me know if you have any additional questions about your upcoming trip.

Wishing you a vacation filled with many magical memories!
