    Where is the Guest Relations office at Downtown Disney?

    Hi Jill!!!

    It is so convenient to have Guest Relations locations outside of the theme parks just in case situations arise and help is needed.

    There are actually two Guest Relations locations at Downtown Disney.  There is one at the West Side located just near DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park.  The other one is located at the Marketplace in between the Ghirardelli Ice Cream and Chocolate Shop and the Team Mickey Athletic Club.  We have used the one at the Marketplace several times and they are wonderful!!
