I am a guest for the primary person that set up the Photo Memory which is my wife. She can view the photos with no issues; however, I have watermarks shown on mine! How do I remove this? My kids also have watermarks shown as well.

Well hey there William, I'd like to wish you a very friendly Canadian welcome to planDisney!

From one Canuck to another, heading down south for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation can definitely be quite the investment and I always love helping fellow Canadians find smarter ways to navigate their experience with my personal tips and tricks! One of these is by purchasing Memory Maker in order enjoy our photos being readily available to download throughout our visits; many Canadian families take advantage of this as it currently only really requires one person to actually purchase it for up to 25 of their Family and Friends to be able to access them on their My Disney Experience Mobile App and account - as long as they are linked to the purchaser

This strategy does however come with two different sides to it; it's currently very handy for any of the linked Family and Friends to be able to tap their admission media with the Disney PhotoPass Photographer or have the photos automatically show up when taken on select rides or attractions without requiring the primary purchaser to be physically present. On the other hand, only the person who purchased Memory Maker and has it applied to their account will be able to see any of the photos free of any watermarks and at the present time I confirmed with a member of the Disney PhotoPass team that the only way for anyone else to be able to remove their watermarks is by also purchasing Memory Maker, even Post-Vacation.

In your family's case, your wife will have to be the one to download all of the photos from her account and send them over to you and the kids; while it may not be the most convenient, it definitely beats having to spend extra on purchasing Memory Maker for each person that wants to download it themselves from their account in my opinion! (For example, my husband is the one who purchased Memory Maker between us and since I didn't, I simply have him send them to me or I log into his account on my device and download them watermark-free that way.) Bear in mind that policies and offerings are subject to change without prior notice, and be sure that your family downloads all of the media on your Memory Maker before they expire!

I hope that this helps William, and don't hesitate to come back here to planDisney for any more helpful hints and advice! Wishing you all the best on your quest to snag all of the  vacation snapshots that you seek!
