Thank you for visiting us here at planDisney Ashley! I understand wanting to make sure everyone is happy with their visit. I can't wait to share the news about your questions. Let's get started!
While visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort with your family sticking together the entire time doesn't always happen. Sometimes half the party goes to the pool early, and the other half sleeps in. You can always plan for these things, but sometimes feeling the need for time apart is like a sixth sense. When it comes to your park plans being different from your husband and daughter, you absolutely can go to different parks on the same day. If you already have reservations you can head to
My Disney Experience and go to the modify park reservations option. Once you are there you can select your son and yourself and change them both at the same time. Once you are done you can do the same for your daughter and hubby. If for some reason you have issues you can always
call for assistance.
I actually recommend the one-on-one time with your little guy. If you have the opportunity to swap the kids and do it again during your trip, they become like a mini trip with each of your kids. This is super cool because it will also give you and your husband something to talk about, hearing what happened through his eyes and then from the kids as well is an opportunity to relive it when you are back home. I was lucky enough to take each of my children on birthday trips and my favorite part was allowing them to do whatever they wanted to do. Whatever park, wherever to eat, and whichever attraction they wanted to do next. Our trips as a family we always have to do what is best for the group. So they loved every minute of their individual trips, and I know you and your family will love it as well.
I hope your stay is magical and full of memories that last a lifetime. Visit us again at
