Abbie, it sounds like your guest's
MagicBand+ is directly linked to his existing
My Disney Experience account, so you'll want to ensure that the ticket you've purchased is linked to the same My Disney Experience account so your guest can use his band to tap into the park. To do this, you'll need to ensure you are connected as
Family & Friends. It sounds like your guest may have a
managed account with his family, so if this is the case, you'll want to connect to the account that manages his account first and then request to connect to the managed account as well. Once you're connected, you can assign (or reassign) the ticket you've purchased to his existing account, allowing him to use his MagicBand+. All you'll need to connect is the email address associated with the account that manages his account, or if he has his own account, the email address connected to his account.
Once you've connected to the guest, you'll be able to include him on any of your Lightning Lane selections, dining and park reservations, and share photos captured in the parks by the Disney PhotoPass photographers! In short, all of the magic will be shared between you and your guest for the most magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!
