    Is Be our Guest a character dining experience. I am trying to read and do not see anything about Belle or the Beast walking around for photos and autographs.

    I'm so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Meals at Be Our Guest Restaurant are not considered character meals. Breakfast and lunch are quick-service meals, while dinner is a standard table-service meal. The Beast has been known to roam the restaurant during dinner for photos from time to time, but he is not guaranteed to appear. Be sure to try the Gray Stuff. The dishes tell me it's delicious.
