    Hi Jacqueline,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney. I'm happy to see you have an upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, though I'm sorry to hear that two of your pals won't be joining you for your theme park fun.

If you've made theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system, you can cancel those reservations using the "My Plans" feature in your My Disney Experience account online. Simply sign in to your account and go to the "My Plans" menu area and look for the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. You'll see your "Daily Itinerary" where your Disney Park Pass reservations will display. You should see a "View Details" button that shows your more information about the reservation, including the Guests for whom you made the reservation. You should also see a "Cancel This Reservation" button. When you click on the "Cancel This Reservation" button, you'll get to select the Guests for whom you want to cancel the reservation.

You can also cancel theme park reservations using the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you tap the app menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right corner), you'll see a "My Plans" tile that you can tap to see your itinerary. Tap on the Disney Park Pass reservation, and you'll see a button to cancel the reservation. When you click on the "Cancel" button, you'll get to select the Guests for whom you want to cancel the reservation.

When you decide you want to use those theme park tickets to visit another day, you can use the Disney Park Pass system to make new theme park reservations. It's always a good idea to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see that reservations are available for the dates you wish to visit.

If it happens that your theme park tickets go unused and do expire, you can typically apply the money you paid for the tickets towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

Jacqueline, I'm hopeful this information is helpful. If you have additional questions about your theme park tickets, you can give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort ticketing team at (407)-566-4985.

Here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort visit!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
