Be our Guest Breakfast Q's... are there gluten free options and pastries available for kiddo with allergy? Also, is the Grey Stuff on the breakfast menu by chance..gotta try it!!! Thx in advance!

    Hi Karyn,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

From what I understand, gluten free diets and other Special Dietary Requests can be accommodated for breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant. I have a friend who has celiac as well, and she tells me that she was able to get a plate of pastries that were gluten free (blueberry muffins when she dined there) and that she was able to request gluten free versions of some of the menu items.

If you have any specific questions about what can or can’t be made gluten free for your daughter, please be sure to specify her dietary needs with the Cast Member when you place your order or when you confirm your choices (if you choose to pre-order your meal).

As for the Grey Stuff, although I don’t see it on any of the menus posted online, I’ve been hearing reports of Guests who’ve been able to purchase a Master’s Cupcake (a.k.a. the Grey Stuff cupcake) at breakfast! While this is subject to change at any time, be sure to ask the Cast Member who takes or confirms your order whether it’s available at breakfast when you dine there.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
