Be Our Guest for breakfast? Is it a buffet? The Disney food blog is a little confussing. All prices say $19.99 for everything.

    Hi Nicole,

    Welcome back!

It was an exciting day today as the Disney Parks Blog announced that Be Our Guest Restaurant will be testing a prix fixe breakfast beginning March 20 through June 18.  Breakfast is scheduled to be served daily from 8-10 a.m.

At this time, we know that this will be a fast casual prix fixe menu with a cost of $19.99 plus tax for adults and $11.99 plus tax for children ages 3-9 years.  If you will be using the Disney Dining Plan, this will be considered a quick-service meal.  The prix fixe menu will include a pastry basket for sharing, an entrée and a self-service beverage.  Entrée options include assorted cured meat and cheeses served with marmalade, fruit and a toasted baguette, eggs Florentine served in a puff pastry shell and scrambled egg whites with roasted tomatoes, among others.  A kid’s menu will also be available.  I personally can’t wait to try the eggs Florentine!  It sounds so delicious!

As a friendly reminder, you can make your reservations beginning March 17 for dates March 20 through June 18.  Reservations can be done online or by calling 1-407-WDW-DINE.

I hope this information helps clear up any confusion.  If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.
    ~Ana
