Hi Corrina, Guest Relations opens when the park officially opens so if you have an early breakfast, you will need to come back to the front of the park to obtain a Guest Assistance Card. I know that the Cast Member will be happy to assist you at Guest Relations. You will have such a wonderful breakfast. I love entering any of the parks before they open. There is something truly magical about this for me. I love taking photographs of the park as well. Please let me know if I can help you any further with your planning, Corrina! Guest Relations opens when the park officially opens so if you have an early breakfast, you will need to come back to the front of the park to obtain a Guest Assistance Card.
