Do you have to be a guest at the All-star Movie resort to eat in the food court?

Hi Kathryn! You do not have to be a guest at a particular Disney Resort hotel to dine or shop at any of the Disney Resort hotels. Any guest on Walt Disney World property can eat at the Food Court at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. Hope this helps.
