My guardians of the galaxy virtual queue was accidentally canceled. Is there any way to go back in?

    Greetings, world traveler!

Welcome to planDisney! Despite a slight glitch with the Virtual Queue, I hope your day at EPCOT is off to a great start. Let's talk about fixing your accidental cancelation.

Brittany, I understand mistakenly tapping the wrong button in the My Disney Experience mobile app. Amid the day's excitement, it would be easy to cancel or incorrectly modify a plan. While there's nothing you can do on your end, a Guest Experience Cast Member might be able to help. You'll find them under blue umbrellas throughout the theme parks. In EPCOT, they're typically stationed near Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Mission: SPACE. I've also seen them on the walkway between World Showcase and World Celebration and another team along the water near the France pavilion.

I hope this helps and you can salvage your spot in the Virtual Queue. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is currently my favorite attraction in Walt Disney World, so even when I secure a place in the Virtual Queue, I like to purchase an Individual Lightning Lane Entry for a second ride. I just checked, and as I'm writing this, Individual Lightning Lane Entries are still available for this attraction.

Thanks for sending your question to planDisney, Brittany! Best wishes for a smooth remainder of the day at EPCOT, and please reach out again if there's anything we can do to make future visits even more magical.

    Cheers,
    Betsy
