So for my group trip, I want to put things in the room but not bring on my flight, can I get it shipped there and pick it up at the front desk during check in?

    Hi Karli,

I've been lucky enough to have been a part of several group trips and I have done exactly what you are proposing! In fact, since my husband and I have 4 children all of our vacations seem like a "group trip" and we often ship packages to the Walt Disney World Resort just for our family's vacation. It sure is easier shipping items to your Disney Resort hotel than it is transporting them with your airline luggage.  Check out this link for Walt Disney World Mail Services and familiarize yourself with the information pertaining to receiving mail.  Current procedures indicate you should have the complete address for your Disney Resort hotel on the label and the word "Guest" with the date of your arrival.
When you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, you will be able to pick up your shipments from your Resort hotel's Business Center if it is one of the convention hotels listed; or if you are staying at any of the other Resort hotels you may pick up at Front Desk Services.

Thank you for stopping by with your question Karli!  Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are always happy to help you with your next Magical adventure!
