Hello, we have a group traveling together for a trip, and all of us are linked on my Disney Experience. My mother purchased a memory maker, but under my plans, it does not say a memory maker is linked. How do we link it so everyone in our group can use it?

Hi Noelle! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are already ahead of the vacation planning game by having everyone linked in My Disney Experience. It is such a useful tool when traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort, and by linking accounts, you have made planning for a large group super easy!

Since your mother is the one that purchased Memory Maker, she will probably be the only one that can see Memory Maker on her account. However, all the photos of your group (up to 25 people) will show up in Memory Maker once you begin taking PhotoPass photos during your vacation. To check that everyone is set up to have their pictures included in Memory Maker, go to "My Family & Friends" from the My Disney Experience drop down menu on the Walt Disney World website. Click "Update" next to your mother's name on the list. Near the bottom of the box that opens, you should see "Disney PhotoPass Photos." As long as the small box next to it is checked, you are all set to share your photos and have them included in Memory Maker! I suggest you have everyone in your group check that they are also sharing their photos before your trip, then start practicing your best smiles and poses for all the great pictures you will take!

Enjoy your upcoming visit, Noelle! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
