We're a group of 12, the tickets are a block which have been assigned via my account. Problem is that seemingly I am the only 1 who can make plans for the 2 young kids? even though they are not my kids and their parents want to book their own thing?

    Hello Nina,

As the current British-based Panelist here at planDisney, it truly is my pleasure to have the pixie-dusted opportunity to assist you today!  I'm also so glad that you've taken the time to return to planDisney with another important question about your larger-than-average group booking for 12 Guests at Walt Disney World Resort.

With your jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort upcoming this April, I can certainly relate to wanting to get everyone's plans via My Disney Experience looking all neat and pretty!  Therefore, I'm going to try and provide some top planDisney tips to help you plan a truly supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Disney holiday for your dozen Mouseketeers!

Nina, it might be useful to know that each Guest aged 13 years old and over are more than welcome to go ahead and create their own My Disney Experience account.  Once created, you'll be able to connect your My Disney Experience accounts together via the Family and Friends option where all the plans you've already made can migrate across, enabling everyone in your whole party to make plans together.

Once the other members of your group have created their own My Disney Experience accounts (including for their younger children), you'll simply need to -

     - Log in to your My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Select My Family & Friends from the drop-down menu, this opens a new webpage
     - Scroll to the foot of the page, and select Add a Guest, again this opens a new webpage
     - Select I'll enter their name and age, then highlight Invite this Guest to Connect, and lastly, input your family and friends' email addresses which they used to create their My Disney Experience accounts.
     - This will generate an email invite for your family and friends to connect, and once they've accepted this email invite - you should be all set!

Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, this will enable everyone to plan together, but also do their own zip-a-dee-doo-dah thing too!

If however, this is not the case, it's always possible to connect in person with a Cast Member in Technical and Website Support who has full access to your My Disney Experience account and can help make those connections for you.

To speak with a Cast Member, simply dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Nina, if you should have any further enquiries about your upcoming April holiday to the most magical place on earth, then please don't hesitate to pop back to me here at planDisney.  After all, the Magic is Calling!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
