We are a group of three adults and three children (4/5/5) trying to plan a trip for a week in January 2015. We were considering villa's, but they are above the budget...can you recommend resorts with adjoining rooms?

Hi Laura! You'll be happy to know that all resorts have some adjoining rooms. There is, however, no guarantee that you will get them, but rest assured that they will do their absolute best to make it happen. When on a budget, you can't beat the value resorts! You'll enjoy all the perks of staying at a Disney resort, including Magical Express transportation to and from the Orlando Airport, Extra Magic Hours and transportation on Disney property, while paying a great rate for your resort room.

There are five value resorts to choose from: All Star Sports, Music and Movies, Pop Century, and the Art of Animation Resort, Disney's newest resort. All are awesome resorts, so you can choose based on availability and theming. There are also four moderate resorts, which cost more than the values but have extra amenities, including pool slides, larger rooms and full service restaurants.

Hope this helps Laura. Write back with any other questions as you plan your vacation!
