We are a group of 9 with 3 separate rms at the Pop Century resort. We are 5 adults & 4 children ages 7 -9 - 12 & 14 What is the best way to see attractions together or should we split up??? Wk of Feb. 7 to 14.............what is the weather like

    Hi Mariette!

I have been to Walt Disney World with a large group quite a few times and it can be a challenge if you plan to do everything together during the whole trip.  Here are some of my large group recommendations for you:

    1. Start out as a big group in the morning, get to the Park you have picked for the day, 30 minutes before it opens.  Ride 2 to 3 rides as a large group, making sure to ride the rides that are most popular first (for example, at Epcot go to Soarin' first).

    2. Split up in small groups by family or by interest groups to tour during the middle part of the day (for example, those who want to go on thrill rides or those who wish to see shows).  Eat lunch at a quick service restaurant with your small group.

    3. Have everyone come back together for a sit down dinner where you can share the tall tales and adventures of the day.

    4. Stay to together for the rest of the evening, and enjoy fireworks show such as Wishes, Illuminations, or a show like Fantasmic together.

The weather in Walt Disney World in February averages 74 degrees Fahrenheit for a high during the day and 51 degrees Fahrenheit for a low during the night. Keep in mind that it may be colder or warmer than the average. You will definitely need a jacket and long pants in the morning and at night.

I hope that you make some amazing memories with your group on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
