We are a group of 8 with 3 rooms, I booked them all, when we check in, do I do all the checking in? or does each family do their own? When do we receive our passes, cups and such? Planning this for 7 years, finally 166 days and counting!!!!!

    Hi Jone!

Congratulations! Your countdown is getting smaller and soon your family's vacation will be here! With seven years of planning and anticipation you're sure to have an amazing time together!

If you booked all the reservations under your name, you'll be able to process check-in for the three rooms yourself if you arrive first. If each room is a separate family however, you may want to wait and have each family use their own credit card at check-in so that their own incidentals and room charges will go to their own card. The card on file can be changed once they do arrive.

During check-in, each member of your travel party will receive their own Key To The World Card. This card contains your room entry key, park tickets and dining plan. To redeem your Resort Refillable Drink Mug per person in your party, simply visit the quick service dining location in your resort, pick up your mugs and a Cast Member will swipe your card to use the entitlements! It's that simple!

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation Jone!
