We have a group reservation for a weekend campground at the tent loop. I just acquired a 27ft travel trailer with one slide out. I know I can park it on a 10 x 25. With all Jack's on the concrete. Is this OK? Also have 2 small dogs.

    Howdy, Alexis!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks for moseying over with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. In just a few months, you'll be reconnecting with nature during your stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! You and your favorite cowpokes will be staying right in the heart of the magic while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding forest. Alexis, I'm here to help you prepare for your stay at the Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!

It sounds like you've reserved a Tent or Pop-Up Campsite for your upcoming stay. Alexis, while the site will accommodate a pop-up camper or camper van-type vehicle and up to two tents, I'm sorry to inform you that traditional travel trailer RVs are not permitted on this site type, regardless of size. If you'd like to bring your new travel trailer along on your trip, I encourage you to look into upgrading your reservation to a Full-Hookup Campsite!

Alexis, while Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is pet-friendly, dogs are not permitted in tents or pop-up campers, per the campground's pet policies. Pets are welcome to stay on other site types, including Full Hook-Up Campsites, but must be leashed or confined inside their climate-controlled RV throughout their stay. Guests who bring their furry friends along on their camping adventures will be assessed a small nightly fee (subject to change). All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and owners must be able to provide proof of vaccinations. Alexis, I encourage you to familiarize yourself with the campground's pet policies before your arrival.

During your relaxing stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, be sure to catch the Electrical Water Pageant, which parades around Bay Lake every night! From the shoreline of the campground, you'll have a front-row seat for this charming entertainment offering. If you have the chance, I recommend swinging by Tri-Circle-D Ranch to say "hay" to the Happiest Horses on Earth, too!

Alexis, I hope you've found this information helpful. I'm wishing you a magical and memorable stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! If you have any additional planning questions, feel free to gallop on over to planDisney again anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    So long partner,
