Hi Greg,
Welcome to planDisney!
I am delighted to see you stopping by with a great question! I had a similar issue with my husband's account. He did not realize he had an account. I believe it had something to do with an old ESPN account that he had. To correct the problem, I did have to enlist the help of a Cast Member, so I had to
contact them by phone. Wait times can be long, so I recommend that you specifically ask for someone in Website Support. Even if your problem is differen
t, they should be able to help!Although there was a way to correct the problem online, the Cast Member saw that we had several reservations and said that it was better for her to make the changes to be sure all of our reservations (including our
Disney Park Pass system reserva
tions) stayed in-tact! I was happy to wait patiently while she worked some magic.
Looking at your arrival date, I do hope you have some
advanced dining reservations! If not, it's not too late. You may have to break that large group into smaller dining groups, but you could still possibly secure some reservations. Also review your options for
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. When in the parks, I recommend that you check the arrival time windows at least an hour before you want to eat if using Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. Given the crowds at
the time of year you are traveling, order times may be delayed so just plan accordingly and check well before your crew needs to eat.
Greg, I am so excited that you all will be there to experience
The Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! It is my family's favorite time of year to visit. Sending you a touch of pixie dust for patience as you contact Website Support and prepare to visi
t with such a large group!Magic and memories,
Donyell
