Hi Andrea,
Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your vacation planning question, it sounds like you are planning the ultimate Disney Day! I've been lucky enough to experience a "Disney Day Trip" to the Walt Disney World Resort before, and I can only imagine how much fun it would be if I were going with 42 other friends.
There are several options you have for reaching out to a Cast Member for assistance with planning your event. The simplest way to begin is to fill out a
Walt Disney World Resort Email Inquiry and a Cast Member will get back with you. Be as specific as you can and let them know your primary objectives and the nature of your visit and they will get back with you quickly with your answer.
The next option you have is to place a phone call to the number listed in this directory for
New Tickets. You will see there is a listing for "Group Reservations" but that pertains to reservations which also include Disney Resort hotel reservations, and you mentioned only needing theme park tickets at this time. However, if you are interested in both group room rates and ticket reservations then the "Group Reservations" number is the one you should call.
Finally, here is another link which you may find useful:
Walt Disney World: Disney Group Getaways which outlines more details about how you may choose to combine room and tickets for your group and then receive not only great rates, but specialized assistance from Cast Members who are experienced with serving large groups. In order to qualify for this service, you only need one night reservation for at least 10 rooms at a Disney Resort hotel so I thought I would mention it as an offering in case that interests your group.
As you continue to fine tune your "Disney Day Trip", please come back and visit us again! There are several on this Panel who have coordinated many large group trips and have lots of vacation planning tips to share. We are Disney fans, just like yourself, and can't wait to help you plan your next Magical adventure!
