Greetings, Dantrell!
Welcome to planDisney, friend! It sounds as if you are planning an adventure to remember. A big group can mean big fun at The Most Magical Place on Earth! It can also mean a little extra planning may be needed. Let's go over all you need to know about booking a stay with more than just a few in your crew.
Dantrell, Walt Disney World Resort does not offer group rates on resort rooms or tickets. However, this doesn't mean your group can't find a great deal! I recommend
checking out the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website to see what deals may match your stay! You can find special ticket pricing, great hotel rates, and even
free dining offers for kids! If you do not see an offer that works for your travel dates, I encourage you to keep checking back. New specials drop often, and you can apply any added discounts to your stay as long as there is availability. If you are booking ten or more rooms for your travel party, I recommend
reaching out to the Group Reservations team by phone to book your stay. A friendly Cast Member will be able to help get your crew booked in no time at all!
You can also consider booking Family Suites or
Deluxe Villa accommodations for your stay. These are larger rooms that have more spaces for sleeping and more room to spread out. If each family prefers their own space, you can each book your room of choice separately. Once you are all booked,
call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line to note that you are all traveling together!
Before you arrive at The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure that each adult member of your travel party has
created a My Disney Experience account. (Parents can make accounts for their children!) You will
use My Disney Experience to make dining reservations,
select Lightning Lanes, and so much more.
Download the My Disney Experience app to plan on the go throughout your stay! Once you have created accounts, you will want to
link everyone to your Family & Friends list. This way, you can all plan together!
I know we have covered a lot, and you are just getting started with the planning fun. And we are here to help.
Stop back anytime with questions, Dantrell!
We hope to see ya real soon!
